Pearson Sound announces new ‘Red Sky’ EP on Hessle Audio

It’s the first solo record from the Hessle co-founder in over two years

Founding Hessle Audio member Pearson Sound readies up to release his first solo EP in more than two years, ‘Red Sky’.

The EP lands on Hessle Audio on November 11, marking his first appearance on the label since 2020’s ‘Alien Mode’ EP — a three-track release created with club and warehouse venues in mind.

“The first track from my new EP on Hessle Audio is out today, Pearson announced on Instagram on Wednesday alongside a snippet of his latest track and title number, ‘Red Sky’.

“I’ve had a lot of messages about this one, I think some of you could probably guess it was by me,” he said. “I wrote it during lockdown but it then went through a few versions once we were finally able to road test it LOUD which is always an important part of my process.”

The EP’s title track is out now. The record will receive a full release in a month, with vinyl release due at the end of November. The EP will be the third release on Hessle this year, shortly following a new EP from Shanti Celeste and a four-tracker from founding member Pangaea.
