This new book will tell you everything you've ever wanted to know about Moog semi-modular analog synths

It’s over 200 pages of extensive research and interviews

‘PATCH & TWEAK with Moog’ is a new book by Kim Bjørn, featuring a foreword by Hans Zimmer, about Moog’s semi-modular analog synths.

Following on from Bjørn’s 2018 book with Chris Meyer ‘PATCH & TWEAK: Exploring Modular Synthesis’, ‘PATCH & TWEAK with Moog’ is an extensive collaboration with Moog to deliver insight, tips and tricks into their semi-modular synthesizer range

The book will focus exclusively on Moog’s semi-modular analog synth range: Mother-32, DFAM, Subharmonicon, Grandmother and Matriarch.

As well as offering patch tips and techniques specifically for Moog’s semi-modular range, ‘PATCH & TWEAK with Moog’ features interviews with Moog engineers, artists and composers, and an extensive history of Moog.

Artist interviews in the book include Trent Reznor, Lisa Bella Donna, ‘Stranger Things’ composers Michael Stein and Kyle Dixon, and Moog synthesizer co-inventor Herb Deutsch.

‘PATCH & TWEAK with Moog’ is currently available to preorder, and will be published on November 6.
