Tessela and Truss announce new Overmono EP
‘Raft Living’ is out October 8 via Poly Kicks
Tessela and Truss, aka Ed and Tom Russell, have announced a new EP as Overmono titled ‘Raft Living’.
With three tracks total, ‘Raft Living’ follows up their ‘Arla’ EP series, which released via XL Recordings. However the pair’s new EP will land via their Poly Kicks imprint.
In signature Overmono style, the new release is set to move through influences and sounds such as breakbeat, hardcore and more, with the pair closing the EP with a title track that’s been described as, “two-minute arpeggiated earworm”.
The UK brothers are also set to mark the release with a party at East London venue The Yard on November 9. They’ll be joined by the likes of Tasker, Gramrcy and Becky.
