BangOn!NYC expands their annual summer festival over two days

Local event producers BangOn!NYC kicked off its annual Elements Music & Arts Festival this past weekend with a swell of hype surrounding its new two-day expansion.

The day-to-night summer event has been one of the city's favorites since launching four years ago, celebrated for its dystopian atmosphere and multi-genre line-ups.

2017's installment brought the BangOn!NYC crew to a new location in the Bronx, an expansive industrial yard with five stages catering to house, techno and bass.

The festival brought talent like Damian Lazarus, GRiZ, Tennyson, Catz 'N Dogz, Brodinski and Justin Martin with each showcase inspired by a different worldly element, pulling in stark contrast to the backdrops of abandoned sillos, warehouses and ship yards.

As with any BangOn! production, Elements featured massive DIY installations in its stages and areas of exploration across the festival, featuring fire domes from Incendia , a secret roller rink and spiritual healing garden.
