ATOMIC FLOYD SUPERDARTS

The new flagship of British accessory brand Atomic Floyd, the snappily named Superdarts represent one of the most eye catching earphones on the market today.

Borrowing elements of styling from other products such as Beats by Dre, the Superdarts are a mixture of stainless steel, red and black. Although not to everyone's taste, this bold styling has a purpose - metal armoring and a kevlar cable with remote all ensure the Superdarts will stand even the roughest use.

But the full-on boldness doesn't stop in the looks department - the Superdarts also offer some of the most extreme, fun sound available. Featuring dual drivers coupled with Softseal silicone eartips, Atomic Floyd's new flasgship are able to deliver dramatic depth in the low end and top end, and as a result sound exciting and vibrant - particularly when used with dance music.

Although impressive for some, the extreme, sledgehammer-like bass and piercing treble of the Superdarts isn't for everyone. The mid-range is often bullied out of the mix, and those who prefer to hear their music as accurately and honest to the recording as possible should stick to earphones with a flatter sound signature.
