The Weeknd has revealed in a recent interview that a second Daft Punk collaboration is on the way.

The singer teamed up with the French electronic legends to release the title track of his upcoming 'Starboy' album. The original production arrived with a wave of mass excitement, cultivating more than 17 million streams in its first weekend and setting the record as the most added new release on North American radio.

In The Wall Street Journal interview, The Weeknd informs fans that the second joint creation with Daft Punk will debut with his album's release.

The Canadian also recalls his cooperative sessions with the Grammy-winning robots, giving insight into the duo's aesthetic and story-telling musical approach: "Their studio is like a spaceship...but the way they make music, the way they explain it, is very cinematic". He continues to speak about visions of sunrises, car chases and intricate plot points when describing Daft Punk's creative style.

The Weeknd's full 'Starboy' album will release on November 25.
