Canadian producer The Mole has announced his third LP, 'De La Planet', which will be released in October. The album is accompanied by a rare US tour.

This is Colin De La Plante's first album in four years. The Berlin-based artist released 'Caregiver' in 2013. 'De La Planet' will see the DJ and producer "tapping his enormous reservoir of vinyl and sampling the odd film" and utilising a "jaw-dropping arsenal of synthesisers".

The album will be released via Maybe Tomorrow, De La Plante's own label which he founded with Jon Berry in 2012. It will be available on double-vinyl and digital formats, with a bonus casette tape also available featuring modular-only tracks. Maybe Tomorrow has seen releases by Ryan Elliot, Ripperton and Ryan Crosson.

The Mole has also announced his first US tour in 21 years which will take him to San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, Miami, Detroit and Brooklyn. European fans will have to wait.
