The Bowers & Wilkins soundsystem at Primavera is a beast

Bringing DJs and audiences together since 2013

Bowers & Wilkins is taking its soundsystem back to Primavera Sound for the fourth year running.

Utilising a number of core technologies specific to the Bowers & Wilkins brand, the system has built a reputation for its ability to bring the audience and DJ closer together with its immersive sound, ever since it debuted at the festival in 2013.

Made up of four 3.5 metre stereo stacks, the system features 12 separate enclosures split into bass, mids and highs and incorporates decoupled double dome tweeters in the bass drivers and Kevlar midrange drivers from their 800 Series Diamond.

Flowport technology is used to aid bass loading while each enclosure is made of birch plywood and braced with Bowers & Wilkins MatrixTM strengthening system.

This year the system can be found in the new beachside Desperados Club and will feature the likes of Joy Orbison, Ben UFO, Âme, Dixon, Avalon Emerson, Young Marco and John Talabot putting the system through its paces.
