The Ark cruise is returning for its second edition next August
This year will have a longer stop-off in Ibiza
The Ark cruise ship is setting sail once again next summer, this time with a longer stay in Ibiza.
As per last year, the "festicruise" will depart from Barcelona, but passengers will have a choice of six departure dates starting from August 30. Visiting Sète, Ibiza and Mallorca, the cruise will run until September 7, but there are options to disembark the ship on September 2 and 3.
A longer stop-off in Ibiza will be made this year, giving passengers time to explore the island from 11am to 2am once the ship is moored at La Isla Blanca.
This year's ticket packages will include flights from Belgium with on-board accommodation and flights from London, Berlin, Manchester, Hamburg, Göteborg, Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen, New York and Mumbai.
No artists have been announced yet, but the press release promises a "high-quality range of electronic music, with a good mix of established names and emerging talent." The music will take place on four stages, including the open-air arena on the upper deck.
Ticket prices range from €199 (two days and one night) to €549 (five days and four nights). Those who attended last year will be able to reserve their place from November 3 and will be given €100 to spend on-board.
