The Teklife crew have revealed plans to release a posthumous DJ Rashad album entitled ‘Afterlife’.

Details for the LP have arrived a number of months after the collective announced plans of launching a new label under the name. ‘Afterlife’ is effectively a tribute to the pioneering producer and will feature several leading voices in footwork including Traxman, DJ Spinn and DJ Taso.

The LP announcement also comes with a free download of the bonus track ‘High on Hope’ with Microglobe and Machinedrum in tow. The track rides on a hyperactive gait and euphoric keys well within the styles of all three producers.

‘Afterlife’ is set to drop on April 8 and can be pre-ordered here. Meanwhile, ‘High on Hope’ can be heard and downloaded ahead of the record’s release below.
