San Francisco-based drum 'n' bass producer Submorphics created a winner with last year's 'Long Been Gone'. The slick and soulful SGN:LTD release was rinsed at raves all over and shouted about by Lenzman to name just one.

Lenzman's been backing Submorphics from early and got him onboard for his 'Looking At The Stars' remix package recently, resulting in a a howling take on 'Move & Focus'. Before that, Greg Axelrad had knocked out releases on DJ Marky's Innerground Records and Bryan Gee's Liquid V.

Back on SGN:LTD with forthcoming 'The Divine' EP, once again he's conjured up a collection of super smooth grooves with vocal spots from Jenna G, T.R.A.C and Christina Tamayo.

The latter's on 'Embers' and much like their previous collab 'Rosewood', it's an utterly gracious, string-laden piece of d'n'b, the type of tune ideal for those sun-soaked journeys to work. Bliss.

'The Divine' EP is out on SGN:LTD on August 21 and you can buy it here
