Sampha confesses there's 'Blood On Me' in new video
What is Sampha running from?
London vocalist Sampha has released the music video for his recent single ‘Blood On Me’.
The video, produced by Sampha and Rodaidh McDonald, delivers stirring visuals that aim to capture the powerful and passionate tone of the track.
As one of the UK's most ambiguous artists to emerge in recent history, Sampha has been tapped to contribute to a host of UK contemporaries, including SBTRKT, FKA Twigs, Lil Silva and Jessie Ware. He’s also supplied material for world-renowned superstars like Drake, Beyonce, Kanye West and, most recently, on Frank Ocean's 'Endless' release.
Released via Young Turks last month, the track highlights Sampha’s distinct, soulful vocals with deep and emotive atmospheric textures and intricate broken beat percussion.
‘Blood On Me’ will be included on Sampha’s highly-anticipated debut album set to arrive on Young Turks, although no release date has been announced at this time.
