Roots Manuva and Holy Goof added to Playaz New Year's Eve
They join My Nu Leng, Hype and Hazard
Playaz has announced the third wave of names for its New Year’s Eve party at 02 Academy Brixton.
Roots Manuva, Holy Goof and Subzero join the already jam-packed billing. Headlining the New Year’s Eve bash, Roots Manuva will perform his ‘Dub Come Save Me’ album to a nearly 2,000 strong crowd.
Presented by Lock N Load events, the lineup features back-to-backs from Hype and Hazard as well as DJ Die and Randall.
My Nu Leng, Bad Company UK, Heartless Crew and General Levy fill out the lineup. DJ Clipz, Redlight's drum and bass alias, appears on the billing as a special guest.
The drum and bass night, which recently celebrated its 20th anniversary, has been a regular at London’s fabric for almost as many years.
Run by Hackney’s DJ Hype, the imprint has notched up over 150 shows since their first party at non-defunct London club The End.
