Rising Australian producer Moonbase Commander has shared the first track from his upcoming 'Orthodox' EP, forthcoming on October Records.

'Greyhound' is the first original material to come from the Sydney-based artist since last year's 'Southpaw' EP and marks a fierce and sweaty return for MBC, with the bass-laden track incorporating a Sequential Pro-One.

Speaking of the release, MBC said: "As the track took form it became the basis for the 'Orthodox' EP.

"'Greyhound' draws inspiration from breakbeat, jungle and d'n'b, it's a sound I've only touched on with my own music before so it was fun to get really stuck into that kind of palette."

'Greyhound' is out on July 15. Check it out below.
