Newcastle promoter Jaunt will celebrate 10 years in the game with a party hosted by Ben Klock, as well as a new compilation.

‘10 Years of Jaunt - Sea, Land, Air’ is a 12-track audio-visual compilation across three vinyl discs, each focusing on a different mode of travel, or ‘jaunt’.

It features tracks from artists the group have worked closely with over the last 10 years including Hiver, Hinode, Region, AWOL and Jaunt residents Blackhall & Bookless.

Jaunt also continue with a series of dates celebrating a decade-long run which continues on October 16. Jaunt will host Ben Klock (pictured) at Newcastle's Digital. This summer the Jaunt team played across Europe and the world at festivals like Obonjan, Field Maneuvers and Gottwood. They've also just returned from a four-date Chinese tour.

Established in 2007 in Newcastle by Blackhall & Bookless and Chad, Jaunt has hosted parties in large clubs, small spaces and converted lofts, with Marcel Dettmann, Derrick May, Ben Klock, Nina Kraviz and DVS1 invited to play over the last few years. Jaunt Records has logged releases from Fred P, Virginia and Luke Hess, just to name a few.
