Is Diplo bringing Mad Decent Block Party to India?

Asia might be receiving Diplo's party series next

India could be next in line to receive the latest international expansion of Diplo's Mad Decent Block Party. Traditionally a North American mainstay, Diplo's MDBP usually finds its way through the continent at the tail end of summer, but might soon be announcing an exciting new global conquest.

Thanks to an accidental slip up caught by Indian outlet Bangin' Beats, it seems as though Gorgon City has not only confirmed their involvement in this year's Block Party series, but also given away the monumental location change. For a handful of dates from February 19 to 21, their official page revealed (since deleted) scheduled DJ sets at Mad Decent Block Parties in Mumbai, Agra and Bengaluru.

There's no question that India has rapidly become an explosive new market for electronic music. Though Diplo or Mad Decent Block Party have yet to confirm the Indian expansion, it wouldn't be too far off to guess that Asia is in their sights.
