Idris Elba features on a Fatboy Slim track
The actor works on a new song for 'Bastille Day'
British actor Idris Elba is set to feature on a forthcoming Fatboy Slim track.
The two hook up for The Wire star's upcoming film 'Bastille Day' and isn't the first time they've crossed musical paths. Elba previously lent his vocal talents to Fatboy's remix of 'Uptown Funk' by Mark Ronson.
On the project, Fatboy said: “I don’t know if it’s under wraps so I don’t want to get in trouble by saying too much. “It’s called 'Bastille Day', and we’ve written a song together, and Idris sings on it which is fun."
Elba also recently provided voice work for Dean Blunt’s Babyfather project.
‘Bastille Day’ is to be released April 22.
