As the release of their forthcoming album ‘Humanz’ approaches on April 28, Damon Albarn and Jamie Hewlett’s animated outfit Gorillaz has announced a 2017 tour of North America which includes major festivals and iconic venues.

Gorillaz had previously announced appearances at Quebec City Summer Festival in Quebec City and Outside Lands in San Francisco, but now confirm more festival appearances at Meadows in New York City, Life Is Beautiful in Las Vegas and III Points in Miami.

The press release also sheds light on what fans can look forward to at these performances: “As always, Gorillaz will be joined onstage by a stellar lineup of featured artists—the new album offering such possibilities as Jehnny Beth (Savages), Danny Brown, Benjamin Clementine, De La Soul, D.R.A.M., Peven Everett, Anthony Hamilton, Grace Jones, Zebra Katz, Kelela, Mavis Staples, Vince Staples, Popcaan, Pusha T, Jamie Principle and Kali Uchis, among others.”

Aside from the festival gigs, Gorillaz will make stops at Red Rocks in Colorado, The Forum in Los Angeles, Fox Theater in Detroit and much more.

In other news, Gorillaz will host a global listening party of their new album via there freshly launched mobile app.
