Rekids once again bring the fire
Over the last decade Radio Slave's Rekids imprint has become somewhat of an institution when it comes to house and techno. The list of artists associated with the label is one that's dominated by some of electronic music's most important artists.
The last release arrived from the boss himself and we premiered Marcel Dettmann's amazing remix of 'Vision' last month. We're at the edge of summer now and June marks DJ Spider's debut release via Rekids.
The New York techno legend will bring forth the 'Ninja Drive-By' EP on June 17 and you can expect four high-octane, genre-bending tracks that sum up just how eclectic and forward-thinking the imprint is.
'Montag' is the glitchy, atmospheric stand-out and while it's the least hectic of the bunch, its tribal drums and groove-fuelled pads will soothe away any weekend blues.
