Only a few days after stating that he "fucking hates" his new album that's set to drop on December 2, a new and rarer musical direction for Deadmau5 has surfaced and already, he's confirmed that he doesn't hate it quite as much.

Working with rapper Shotty Horroh from Manchester, Deadmau5 has returned to his seldom explored hip hop direction with a new collaboration called "Okay". Though the track hasn't received an official release, his active fans ripped the tune after watching him stream a five-hour session of him creating it and the mau5 has gone ahead and shared the YouTube upload.

Joel Zimmerman seems more at peace with his work with Shotty Horroh and claimed that the rapper was "so easy to work with" that he might consider producing an entire album for him.

Deadmau5 isn't a stranger to hip hop-tipped collaborations; his track 'Failbait' featuring Cypress Hill appeared on his 'album title goes here' LP and he's also remixed Jay-Z's 'The City Is Mine' and Beastie Boys' 'Hey Fuck You'.

Hear 'Okay' below.
