Six months ago we teamed up with Coors Light to find the next big DJ talent in the UK.

We’ve whittled down 40 Ice Cave ravers to three winners and as part of their prize they'll be opening our Mixmag Live event with Bonobo at Village Underground on February 10.

Find out more about our three winners below and buy tickets to the event here.

Ell Gaba

DJ name: WondermanDJ. We have my cousin to thank for this name.

Where are you from: Ghana-born, East London raised and now live in Stoke Newington.

DJ genre: I love to intermix loads of different genres into my sets. Mainly funk, house, hip hop, r'n'b, dance, reggae, trap, dancehall, jungle and afrobeats. I'll stop there.

DJ that inspired you into becoming a DJ: DJ Clue. I remember listening to him growing up and hearing him scream his name at the beginning of tracks. I didn't realise at the time he had produced them all himself so it makes sense now.

Dream club to play: A world tour would be good! But I've always thought doing a beach club would be incredible so let's say Papaya in Croatia.

Favourite current producer: Kaytranada. I've followed his music over the last few years. The man can do no wrong.

Favourite label: At the moment, Young Turks. Some of their artists like Sampha and FKA Twigs are doing great things that excite me.

Most overused expression: Not an expression but use of the word 'like'. It can be used, like, a million times, like, in one sentence.

DJ you'd love to play back-to-back with: I have to say Kaytranada again. His sets are fire.

Complete these sentences:

“When I played the Coors Light Ice Cave Rave in Sheffield I... played a varied set to showcase what I can do and loved every minute of it. I'm glad I warmed up the Ice Cave Ravers, it was arctic in there!”

“Now when I play the Coors Light Ice Cave Rave in The Alps I'm gonna... bring the best set of my life. Prepare for the ice to melt.”

Kerry McColgan

DJ name: WeeDot.

Where are you from: Glasgow

DJ genre: Techno and acid

DJ that inspired you into becoming a DJ: B.Traits

Dream club to play: Sub Club

Favourite current producer: Alan Fitzpatrick

Favourite label: Cocoon Recordings

Most overused expression: 'Sounds mint' and using the words 'top' and 'absolute' to emphasise how good something is.

DJ you'd love to play back-to-back with: B.Traits. Although I'd be a right nervous wreck.

Complete these sentences:

"When I played the Coors Light Ice Cave Rave in Sheffield I... loved being able to drop Alan Fitzpatrick's absolute banger 'We Do What We Want' at 3.30 in the afternoon!”

“Now when I play the Coors Light Ice Cave Rave in the Alps I'm gonna... massively enjoy taking some acid vibes up the mountains!”

Sean Callaghan

DJ name: Sean Claude

Where are you from: Glasgow

Style of DJing: House and techno

DJ that inspired you into becoming a DJ: Laidback Luke

Dream Club to play: Amnesia

Favourite current producer: Green Velvet

Favourite Label: Defected

Most overused expression: 'What a tune!'

DJ you'd love to play back-to-back with: Armand Van Helden

Complete these sentences:

“When I played the Coors Light Ice Cave Rave in Sheffield I… was absolutely blown away by the atmosphere!”

“Now when I play the Coors Light Ice Cave Rave in the Alps I'm gonna… drop some filthy beats and have a damn good time!”
