Chroma

What an EP from Chroma.

Four tracks of granite-solid rolling tech and future-jungly flavours, including a Break remix of ‘Intermission’, but fronted by a title track that almost tops John B’s offering for sheer screw-facing party vibes.

Springy, tough breaks rattle along atop a simply wondrous collection of arrowing jungle bass arpeggios, which groove and sing melodiously in vintage style. Add some wanging synth tremors, which corkscrew in from all angles, and you’ve got a ripper. Serious production, serious funk, serious steel.
