A designer has recreated the pair's headwear to show the manufacturing process
Ever wanted to have a closer look at the Daft Punk helmets? Now you can thanks to the work of a designer and some incredible accompanying images.
We won't lie to you, they're not the originals sported by Thomas Bangalter and Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo, but they're a pretty spot-on replica built by Greg Santacruz.
Photographer Tim Bottchen captured the whole manufacturing process, right from the raw framework to the wiring of the LED eye lights and the sleek and shiny finished product.
