Apollo Noir has shared his remix of French producer Joakim’s ‘Numb’, available from March 17.

The remix distorts the vocals and reimagines the track into an extended journey of drawn out and hypnotic synths. The original track is taken from Joakim’s ‘Samurai’ LP which features the producer giving a parody make-up tutorial in the Adrian Yu- directed music video.

'Samurai' is Joakim’s sixth studio album which was inspired by Japanese author Mishima and his travels between New York, Tokyo and Paris.

Apollo Noir, also from France, is due to release his debut album ‘A/N’ via Joakim’s own imprint Tigersushi this spring.

You can pre-order the LP here and listen to Apollo Noir’s remix of ‘Numb’ below.
