Gerra & Stone are gearing up to release their debut album 'Polarism' through Dispatch Recordings. The 15-track LP features collaborations with Visionobi, Peta Oneir, Stephen McCleery and Jordan Jnr. For more info head to Dispatch's wesbite.
Speaking about the process behind the record, the drum 'n' bass duo said: “Polarism’ reflects our approach to writing music at 170BPM. We’ve always been fascinated with how many completely contrasting moods and influences can be incorporated into it, and we aimed to reflect this with the album.”
To celebrate the announcement, the pair are giving away an "alternative remix" of 'Release My Soul' for free. It's an immersive listen, characterised by reverb-soaked vocal samples and razor-sharp percussion. If this freebie is anything to go by, we're in for a treat when 'Polarism' drops.
