This month, the party capital of the world opens for business. Over the next weeks we'll be revealing what every club has planned for Ibiza 2012. First up, Amnesia.

Once again, leading the pack this year is Cream Ibiza on Thursday nights with another immortal line-up of trance, house, electro and more. And once again, the Mixmag Terrace is where it will all be going off – starting with the biggest name in dance music, Deadmau5, who will make his sole appearance in Ibiza this summer for the opening party on June 14. Trance goliath Paul van Dyk returns as resident to host eight parties this year, with Above & Beyond hosting six, including a special Anjunabeats event on September 13, while names like Sander van Doorn, Eddie Halliwell, Laidback Luke and Calvin Harris will be regulars all summer. Throughout the rest of the week, Amnesia is equally strong. Cocoon’s festival of techno returns on Mondays with an ‘Enter The Magic’ theme and guests alongside Papa Sven including Ricardo Villalobos, Loco Dice, Sascha Dive and Ar-pi-ar. Together has monstrous line-ups every Tuesday; highlights include a five-week residency from Skrillex, headliners like Chase & Status, Nero, Eric Prydz and Pendulum, and Annie Mac rulin’ the Terrace. Marco Carola’s new techno residency Music On debuts this year on Fridays.
