To be held on the May 2 - 4 and May 23 - 25 Bank Holidays they promise to be truly epic with a huge Cocoon bash featuring Sven, Ricardo, Josh Wink, and Raresh on Saturday May 3 and various other three day weekend madness with everybody from Soulwax to Sasha to Tiga and Andy C featuring.

Slices, a DVD magazine that covers electronic music, release the first in their new 'Pioneers of Electronic Music' DVD series and it tells the fascinating story of the life of techno legend Richie Hawtin.
The feature-length documentary tells the story of Richie's life from his days as a geeky teenager in Canada to his current status as a globe-trotting superstar DJ. It includes exclusive video footage and pictures from Richie's past alongside contributions from Sven Vath, Derrick May, Magda and even his parents.

Sven's been DJing for over 20 years and he now runs the Cocoon empire (DJ agency, record label, event management and promotion and clubs in Frankfurt and Ibiza).

He's one of the hardest working DJs but the one thing he does harder than work is PARTY and we respect that.

He doesn't take life too seriously as this photo shows .... good old Sven.
